A few years back, I was in your shoes - sleep deprived, exhausted, and desperate for a solution. My mind felt like mush, and I had lost all sense of joy. 

I spent countless hours Googling for answers, only to feel even more confused about how to solve my children’s sleep struggles.

Then, I had a lightbulb moment! I decided to become a sleep consultant—not only to solve my own children's sleep issues but also to empower other parents with expert, science-backed guidance. 

With my medical background as a nurse and midwife, I realized I could truly understand sleep from a holistic perspective and find lasting solutions for families.

Today, I’m a mom of four, and all my children sleep well! I wake up rested and have learned how to support their sleep in a way that feels right—no harsh methods, just respectful and humane solutions.
